The network of billiard clubs - «the Seventh billiard pocket» became a place of carrying out of the Open Cup of Chernozem region on «the Combined pyramid». For today are the greatest, new and fashionable clubs of a city completed only with tables of factory "Start" (only 30 tables, 24-Russian pyramid and 6 American POOL).

The final meeting of superiority has passed in the separate premise issued in a corporate style of factory "Start", on a separate billiard table. Such approach to the organisation of final games of competitions in our region has been shown for the first time.

Sportsmen participating in tournament have noted hearty welcome, the accurate organisation, competent refereeing, and also invariably high game properties of billiard tables of Factory "Start".
