On April, 10-13th, 2009 in Voronezh has passed the All-Russia cup of a name of the Deserved trainer of Russia George Stepanovicha Mitasova among young men till 16 years.

As the general sponsor of tournament the Voronezh representation of Factory "Start" - the Company «Start – Voronezh» has acted. Tournament was spent in billiard club «Seventh billiard pocket» on ten professional billiard tables of Factory "Start". 58 sportsmen have taken part In competitions from 16 cities: Moscow, the Moscow region, Lipetsk, Tambov, Rostov, Samara, Tyumen, Penza, Volgograd, Astrakhan, Bashkortostan, Murmansk, Tolyatti, Kaluga, Liski, Voronezh.

Despite an early age among participants there were 16 owners of the first sports category, 19 candidates for the master of sports and even one master of sports. On tournament the strongest sportsmen of the age group, participants of Superiority of Europe among young men and girls - Vladislav Osminin, Svetlana Kornjuhina, numerous prize-winners and participants of superiority of Russia - Stanislav Nikolaev-Pasuhin, Nikita Livada, Artem of Ermines, Artem Chinshivoj and other young billiard-players of Russia battled.

1 place was occupied with Nikita Livada representing the Rostov region. On the second place – Artem Gonostaev (Moscow Region). The third place was divided by Artem Chinshivoj (Voronezh) and Konstantin Porotnikov (Tyumen). Participants of tournament have noticed that level of billiard tables of Factory "Start" on which tournament was held, corresponds to the most strict sports requirements.
