POSITION
About carrying out of the Cup of Kyshtym on billiards

THE PURPOSES AND PROBLEMS
1. Popularisation of billiard sports among townsmen and area;
2. Propagation of a healthy way of life of workers;
3. Revealing of the strongest sportsmen.

THE ORGANIZATION OF COMPETITIONS
Competitions are spent on «the Combined pyramid» by sports rules.
1 stage - draw system - Swiss (to 2 defeats) on purpose to get to the eight of the strongest;
2 stage - Olympic system for the purpose of definition of the winner. Games are spent to 3 victories.
Crops of participants (КМС) on subgroups are provided.

TIME AND CARRYING OUT PLACE
Competitions will take place on December, 13-14th, 2009 in "Cafe-billiard room"
To the address: street Frunze, д. 2.
Registration of participants 13.12. From 9-00 till.
The tournament beginning at 11-00.

PARTICIPANTS
To competitions the fans of the billiard sports who have paid a payment of 500 rbl. the Form of clothes - a monophonic shirt, trousers are supposed - it is obligatory, (a waistcoat, "butterfly" - it is desirable).

REWARDING
The participants who have occupied 1 - 4 places, are awarded by monetary prizes from a prize fund, medals and Sport committee reading and writing. The name of the winner is engraved on the Cup of Kyshtym.

SPECIAL MARKS
To competitions persons in a state of intoxication, not observing sports rules and norms of public behaviour, improperly dressed Positions are not supposed. The player is disqualified, the payment does not come back.
