Popularisation of Russian billiards as sports kind. Increase of sports skill of participants of competition. Revealing of the strongest players in Russian billiards "the Pyramid classical" among men and women. Competitions are selection for formation of national team НСО on the championship of Russia.

 

Competition is spent on August, 23-24rd БК "Diamond".

The organizer of carrying out of competition are management of physical training and sports of the Novosibirsk region, Federation of billiard sports of the Novosibirsk region, billiard club "Diamond", Factory "Start".

Direct carrying out of tournament is assigned to a judiciary board:

The main judge – Murat V.V., the main secretary – Zhdanovich V. D.

 

To participation in the championship all wishing men and the women who registered and have paid an entrance fee are supposed.

The form of clothes of participants: a white shirt - a blouse, a vest, dark trousers. Participants without the established form to competition are not supposed.

 

Giving of demands is made in billiard club "Diamond" on August, 23rd from 11.00 till (men, women)

Entrance fee for participation: 600 rivers

To members of FBS НСО: 400р.

 

Competition is spent according to operating Rules, on Olympic system with выбыванием after 2 defeats. The meeting is spent to 2 victories.  

The right to change regulations of carrying out of competition depending on quantity of participants is given to organizers

To participants of the occupied 1-3 places, medals, diplomas and valuable prizes from Factory "Start", managements ФКиС of the Novosibirsk region and Federation of billiard sports of the Novosibirsk region will be handed over
