– Yes, on a tournament rating this highest achievement. But I had tournaments when I met more terrible contenders and beat them, for example the Cup on a prize of the Minister of Defence where I have beaten Vladimir Petushkova, Evgenie Kurtu, the champion of Ukraine Petrysha. But also on superiority of Europe I also have met Yaroslav Tarnovetskim, for example, which too very serious contender, and has beaten it 5:0.

– How many years you already in billiards?

– Five years. Now to me 17, and I have started to play seriously twelve and a half years. Before I was engaged in the big tennis, I the candidate for the master of sports on tennis. Certain problems have then begun, and I have come to billiards.

– How it has turned out and why billiards?

– The brother of my mum worked at restaurant, there there was a pool, and I often came to it and played. And when tennis has thrown, it was necessary to be engaged in something, I have already got used to sports, and have tried to learn well in billiards. Like it would start to turn out, it was pleasant, and began to play seriously.

– It turns out that your way to billiards has begun with a pool. Why you have passed to Russian billiards?

– When you do not know everything, the pool seems is easier. And when I have come to the trainer, he has told that it is necessary to begin with Russian billiards. Well and then, at us in Samara the pool is not developed completely not.

– Than you are engaged except billiards? Who trained you?

– In Samara Oleg Pichigin, and now my trainer – Konstantin Pavlovich Krjukov trained.

– Yes, it is the big problem and for me, therefore I like to leave on large tournaments, they give спарринг very good. To train seriously, it is necessary to leave either on tournaments, or in other cities where there are good players. Because if to train alone, without having спарринга, there will be no growth.

– Gathering which are spent last year by Federation of billiard sports of Russia, help to raise game level?

– Yes, gathering are very good thing because all strongest players gather, and after them very good progress at once is swept up.

– How much we mean for you billiards as sports?

– As sports are significant enough, I trained five years and gave the most part of time to reach the big sports heights.

– Means, in the long term you are not going to leave billiards?

– No, certainly. I wish to continue to play, I do not think at all to leave billiards.

– You have convenient and inconvenient contenders? How much important for you a name of the contender, its titles?

– First three-four years the name was important, and then it has somehow started to turn out more and more abstra - гироваться on behalf of the contender, its titles. Yes, there is a contender, but what at it to look? Spheres here they, before you, you with spheres play, instead of with the contender. To me it for a long time told, year-two-three, and here at last this beginning to turn out.

– You have favourite blows, what is better turns out?

– Concrete blows I will not name, but I will tell that I love strangers. If there will be difficult another's and much more simple brother-in-law, I will choose the stranger because it is more interesting to me. From the very beginning of training I beat another's - strangers-strangers, and only the beginnings then of brothers-in-law to train.

– Than you are engaged, except billiards?

– I study as the psychologist when not on trips and not on tournaments, I go for a drive on rollers and I give time to the girl.

– What does she think of your frequent trips?

– Misses, calls often, but concerns with trips with understanding. It is always glad that I go and I win something.

– What prospects at you on the near future? In what tournaments you plan to participate?

– We will have championship of Russia, very important tournament where I never rose above the fifth place, wish on - closer to steal up to the ending. In May will pass the European championship, I do not know, I will go or not, but very much it would be desirable from - to undertake to start to participate in adult international tournaments. Earlier I participated only in whom - мерческих the international tournaments.
