Olga Muhortova is for a long time already a bright figure in the Siberian billiard community. First, without its participation any Cup of Siberia does not manage: to it all the same that its contenders - a male. And secondly, it it is simple very effective girl who should be noticed. In June of this year a name of the new champion of Russia on «the Dynamical pyramid» the country has learnt all.
- Оля, after a victory in the championship of Russia you repeatedly said to journalists that St.-Petersburg for you – a happy city. But after all, admit, business not only in geography. What actually has helped you with this year to show such brilliant result?
I think, the big role in my victory in the championship of Russia the Cup of "Longoni" has played. On this tournament I have simply pulled out a trip teeth. At first to me have told that I there will not depart. On what I have declared that I will depart in any case! In general long argued … As a result to me all the same have bought tickets late at night, it was necessary to fly early in the morning. But the main thing – I have arrived on "Longoni". And I think, it was start. I have entered for the first time into the ending at competition of such level where champions of Russia and the world participated. Naturally, me it was insulting that I have lost. I after all conducted 3:0! Also has at some instant relaxed. Has not had time to look back, I look - already 4:3 I lose. I think, not well somehow... Has hammered in party with кия, has finished to контры. But here in контре to me slightly has not carried – has lost 7:6. Itself, of course, incorrectly somewhere has made, but could be and in another way. And the most insulting is at all that in контре has lost and that initially conducted in the account and has missed a situation. But it is such lesson for me! I precisely know now that it is better, when I initially lose. Then I will have a good concentration, I will be always collected. I have understood that it is not necessary to relax under no circumstances, it is necessary to press from the first party on the contender. And in the championship of Russia I have understood that I am able to do it!
On "Longoni" I still had a meeting with Olej Milovanovoj from Peter to which I stably lose. I some tournaments left in олимпийку successively and there lost to it. We with Olej played "Longoni" for an exit in the four. I weigh evening the day before worried, thought, how we will play. And that I as a result have beaten it, too has given to me of forces and confidence. Now there was only a revenge at Zheldinoj to take, and I too all time lose that to it.
- And there is a desire to play with somebody from known sportsmen-men?
Yes I somehow never thought of it … At me was not present such, know, how girls sometimes sigh: «Ah, Pashchinsky! Oh, Anishchenko! You saw, Anishchenko has come!» I at all do not understand it. Probably, because at me already long relations. And if to consider them as contenders I all of them saw, I know, how they play – new to me they will not tell anything and will not show.
- By the way about relations … After all you have conceived a liking for billiards thanks to the young man?
In general I have started to play in the childhood. We had a rest every year in Italy or in Spain. And we with sister had every evening an obligatory program – we went to play a pool. Then, some years later, I have got acquainted with Igor Uglovym, with Feodor ShChigrevym, with Denis Danilovichem which were engaged for a long time already in billiards in Novosibirsk. We began to communicate and play. It was 4,5 years ago. I have met Igor in the beginning of April in 2004, and on April, 25th we had a first championship of the Novosibirsk region. I then still very badly played. But Igor speaks to me supposedly it is necessary to go. Well, I have gone, and have won the first tournament! The Moscow pyramid, I remember, it was. At me still then, by the way, birthday was. Then we with children began to go to Kemerovo. They me on man's open tournaments took, though I then still plainly was able nothing.
- But after all has learnt! Who to you helped to comprehend elements of billiard skill?
The rack and technics to me were put by our Novosibirsk trainer Sergey Ageenko. We with it were taken one and a half year. The small contribution was brought by other Novosibirsk billiard-players. And in general now I am lonely. Psychologically I am helped, of course, by Igor. If I play a meeting and support is necessary to me, I will call it, and he to me will tell what to make - to be going or to relax, on the contrary. And the constant trainer on game who would supervise me, such is not present.
- That is you most have enough self-discipline to plan the trainings?
At me it is not standardised. I can come every day to club and stay there for 12 hours, and I can call in an hour at 3-4 o'clock, play and leave. Before tournaments I like to catch such condition when I train some days successively, for 8-10 hours without a stop. And here then I catch the best game from this folk tune. That is if at me the important tournament is planned, means, week I should live with a pillow in a billiard room.
- And what means «to catch the best game?
If you do not play week, muscles wean from your movements. And if you slightly sleep, and the rest of the time all train, it is they all remember. The main thing not to overtrain in the latest day before tournament. It is day of rest, it is better not to play at all. And here for these you start so well to play 3-4 days of trainings that understand, yes I can hammer! On tournament you are slightly kneaded, recollect, how you did it on training - and all. You are ready both physically, and psychologically. For me it is the best system of training. It is natural, if over me somebody stood and swore on me, I would train regularly, from Monday till Friday, for 8 hours per day. But while at me all occurs how occurs. I can postpone all affairs, leave in club, and within 6 hours nobody is necessary to me. And sometimes I understand that like it is necessary … I Call in in club literally on an hour not to be trained at all and so, simply to knock with spheres. And after all it is different things. I now understand more and more that it is necessary to train in the same spirit in what you play tournament.
- I should talk to you about man's and female billiards. You, perhaps, the unique girl in ФБС the Novosibirsk region which can be met practically on all local open man's tournaments. Whether there is for you a difference with what contender of a floor to play? And whom, accordingly, it is more interesting to you to meet?
The difference, of course, is. Sometimes there are meetings when you do not see the contender. At you such concentration that you play only with spheres. To you it is indifferent, who there goes round a table. And happens that to you the contender is very important, first of all. You look at it as it conducts itself(himself) that does. The female jealousy or, on the contrary, constraint before the man here can join. But I like to play all the same with boys more. Here at me any training does not pass in a city with girls. I спарингуюсь only with guys. I have got used to play with them. Perhaps someone not so rejoices, when I come on a man's Cup of Siberia, but I consider that I have on this right. At us in Novosibirsk passed the Cup of Siberia - there have arrived all boys, and one I have come. Some ask me supposedly what for you has come, same man's tournament. I speak: «To me all the same. A cup opened!» On what declare to me:« You all the same will not win … »And I had a meeting with Eugene Nikitenko from Krasnoyarsk is a champion of Russia among young men till 18 years. We with it so butted! Near our table so much people have gathered. To me slightly has not sufficed to win. Eugene to me then itself has told, has correctly made that has participated.
- And how in general you are perceived by men-billiard-players?
In a city all know me, all normally concern, all practically ever me faced. There are, of course, situations when one I train in a billiard room, and behind the next table any company of young men with beer and cigarettes starts to play. And I stand, one on balls I beat. Certainly, they to me something will tell. Некомфортно I feel in such situations. I not so like to train, when someone looks at me. To me it is better, when I one when there is a possibility completely to retire into himself/herself.
- You have any personal signs or talismans which bring to you good luck in game?
Earlier over me about it all laughed. At me was beautiful резиночка for hair. I it am simple so did not carry, put on only tournaments. Believed that it happy... But now I have already outgrown it. I understand that from a happy or unhappy shirt game will not develop. I trust only in the forces!
