Rules of sports billiard games

2.1.1. Regulations of game meetings

In all kinds of billiard games of a meeting are spent to two, three, four and большего quantities of victories on parties. The quantity of victories in a meeting is defined by Position.

The break till 5 minutes can be declared after each party. After the termination of a meeting before the next meeting the break till 30 minutes can be given the player.

2.1.2. Blows

At the moment of blow all spheres should be motionless, and aim spheres are (in case of need exposed.

Пропих is a blow at which the player tightens time of contact of a label кия with chock and pushes simultaneously биток and an aim sphere.

Pressing is a blow at which close standing from each other or adjoining spheres close standing from each other under pressing кия are pressed into a billiard pocket or under pressing кия move to other position.

Blow on битку, adjoining to an aim sphere, should be carried out on резке at an angle 45 ° and more aside from a line of the centres or so that биток after blow it was rolled away back or has left aside from an aim sphere. The player has the right to specify sufficiency of a corner on which blow is made at the judge.

Blow on битку, close standing to an aim sphere, is carried out in accordance with general practice and at any angle to a line of the centres, but without пропиха and pressing.

2.1.3. Arrangement of spheres and the party beginning

Before the beginning of party fifteen aim spheres by means of a triangle are established closely to each other in the form of a triangular pyramid, thus the forward sphere (its bottom point) should settle down on a back mark (the third point), and the pyramid basis to in parallel back board.

The party begins after the judge will establish spheres for performance of initial blow.

2.1.4. Draw of initial blow

Having settled down on the different parties from a longitudinal line of a table and taking on one sphere, players at the command of the judge make blow from a hand from the house, sending spheres to a back board. The right to the first blow the player receives, whose sphere, having reflected from a back board, stops more close to a forward board. In case players do not come to the consent whom with what party from a longitudinal line to settle down at draw it is defined by a lot.

Draw is considered lost, if a sphere:

Has not concerned a back board;
Has come on half of contender;
Has fallen in a billiard pocket or has jumped out for a board;
Has concerned a long board.

If rules were broken by both contenders or both spheres have stopped on identical distance from a forward board draw repeats.

The winner of draw has the right or to make itself initial blow, or to concede to its contender.

In the subsequent parties the sequence is observed, before last solving party draw repeats anew.

2.1.5. Initial blow (from a hand from the house)

Carrying out this blow, it is necessary to observe following rules. At game in Russian pyramid (71 point), the Moscow pyramid, the American and a pyramid of 8 spheres it is forbidden to take out the case for continuation of an outer side of a long board. At correct blow the spheres played angular billiard pockets opposite to the house, and also other billiard pockets which have fallen as a result of this blow, without dependence from time of their falling in these billiard pockets in relation to the spheres played angular billiard pockets opposite to the house are set off.

In fast kinds of these games it is authorised to make initial blow (from a hand from the house) from any position including to leave for an outer side of a long board, but without coming for continuation of a forward line (a house line). At correct blow all spheres played any billiard pocket, after an exit битка from the house, or its contact with the aim sphere which is out of door are set off.

To Carry out this blow it is authorised only from the lady, in a case if all aim spheres are in the house blow from a hand from the house is necessary for making from a table opposite side. In this case the time house considers the area of the game field limited to a back line and a back board.

Installation битка is authorised to be made a hand or кием (including a label) in any place of the area of the house. Thus, if the player inadvertently has биток out of door the judge should warn him about it. If, despite the prevention of the judge, the player has again биток out of door or, despite the prevention, makes blow not from the house it is fined.

Биток it is considered entered into game if as a result of blow on it a label кия will cross a forward line (a house line), or there will be its contact with any aim sphere which is on a game surface of a table.

If биток it is not deduced from the house and thus there was no its contact with any aim sphere which is on a table initial blow (from a hand from the house) repeats.

At performance of blow from a hand from the house (all kinds of games) it is necessary to make blow only on the spheres located out of door. To strike blow to the spheres which are in the house contact битка with the aim sphere standing out of door is authorised only after an exit битка from the house, or, is thus set off or not the sphere located in the house, is defined by point 2.1.5а.

Blow from a hand from the house is carried out in following cases:

Initial blow in party (all kinds of games);
биток has fallen in a billiard pocket or has jumped out for a board (Russian pyramid, the Moscow pyramid, a pyramid of 8 spheres, and also fast kinds of these games);
At an outcome of a deaf position (all kinds of games);
Game at account 70:70 (all kinds of Russian pyramid).
2.1.6. Sphere position
Sphere position on a game field is defined by the location of its centre (or the bottom point) concerning lines and table marking.

The sphere standing in accuracy on a line of the house, is considered located out of door, and standing in accuracy on the central line it is considered located on an opposite half of game field (behind the central line), concerning the player making blow.

2.1.7. The beginning and blow end

Blow begins with the moment of contact of a label кия with chock and comes to the end after a full stop of all spheres on a game surface of a table. The sphere rotating on a place is considered moving.

2.1.8. The introduction into game of the contender

The contender enters game after as a result of the made blow has not been played the sphere (is hammered) or infringement of Rules took place.

Thus, if the player who is carrying out blow is fined, its contender, having estimated a position of spheres, has the right to demand from the player to make the following blow - play further.

2.1.9. The played spheres

Spheres are considered played (hammered) if as a result of correct blow fall in billiard pockets.

The sphere reflected from a billiard pocket on a game surface of a table, is not considered played and remains in game.

2.1.10. Deliberate скатывание an aim sphere

The aim sphere which adjoining to a board and has fallen in a billiard pocket as a result of its deliberate скатывания on board, is not set off and exposed according to rules of concrete game. Thus has no value its variant скатывания - or it is direct chock, or other aim sphere. The penalty is not imposed on the player, blow passes to the contender

For special cases of game when the aim sphere adjoining to a board, is located near to an angular billiard pocket, it is necessary to consider it:

Standing in a billiard pocket if the sphere centre coincides with the line middle закругления sponges of a billiard pocket or it is located more close to a billiard pocket;
Standing at a board out of a billiard pocket if the sphere centre is located further from a billiard pocket, than the line middle закругления billiard pocket sponges.

This rule is necessary for the judge that, depending on an arrangement of onboard aim sphere close standing to a billiard pocket, to warn the player this sphere or not if the player intends скатывать it on a board is set off.

Attention! The sphere which standing in a billiard pocket onboard and has fallen in it as a result наката, is set off, and the onboard sphere located out of a billiard pocket, is set off only at сыгрывании it on blow.

2.1.11. Rules отыгрыша

For fast kinds of games - Russian pyramid, the Moscow pyramid and a pyramid of 8 spheres - are entered following rules отыгрыша:

1. If one of spheres (биток or an aim sphere) crosses the central line.

2. If as a result of blow битка on an aim sphere there was a contact spheres of two boards any of ways:

If one of spheres, having reflected from one board, has concerned the second board or has finished to it other sphere.

At this way отыгрыша blow by a sphere on the aim sphere adjoining to a board, is not considered a contact of this board, except for cases when a sphere, having reflected from one board, concerns a sphere standing closely to other board;

If there was a contact of two boards different feasts - chock and an aim sphere, or a sphere finished to a board by any of them.

At this way отыгрыша also it is not considered a board contact when биток after blow on it it is reflected from a sphere adjoining to a board.

It is considered a board contact when after blow битка on an aim sphere of any of them it is finished to a sphere standing closely to a board.

отыгрыша the player is fined for infringement of these rules.

2.1.12. Special cases of game on an average or angular billiard pocket

In games where rules отыгрыша are applied, for all cases of not productive game on an average or angular billiard pocket when requirements отыгрыша are not fulfilled, at sufficient coal of hit in a billiard pocket (the judge defines) to consider this blow correct and the player is not fined, if a played sphere:

Has concerned one or both sponges of a billiard pocket;
Has concerned boards in a billiard pocket zone - 68 mm (diameter of a sphere) from a billiard pocket sponge on a board,
Has stopped in game (productive) sector of a billiard pocket on the distance, no more than two diameters of a sphere (136 mm) from billiard pocket edge (measurement is made to the sphere centre).
At game from not productive (deaf) zone отыгрыш it is obligatory.
2.1.13 Jumped out spheres

Jumped out the spheres which have stopped after blow out of a game field of a table (on a floor, onboard etc.) are considered. Jumped out spheres which, having hit outside of a table about any object - кий, a chalk, a hand, clothes, etc. Also are considered, again come back to a game field of a table. It is not considered infringement if the jumped out sphere touches outside of a table something at the player or the contender. However if the jumping out sphere touches within a table something at playing or its contender (кий, a chalk, clothes, etc.) it is considered infringement and the penalty is imposed.

The sphere remains in game if it, having hit about any object within a table - the top part of a board, скобу billiard pockets, the lighting device, кий etc., independently comes back to a game field of a table.

The jumped out aim spheres are exposed on a table after blow end according to rules of each concrete game, thus the penalty is not imposed, and correctly hammered spheres are set off also the subsequent blow for the player remains.

If for a board jumps out биток the player is fined, the spheres hammered at this blow are not set off. In Russian pyramid, the Moscow pyramid, a pyramid of 8 spheres, and also fast kinds of these games the judge puts биток for the further game by it to the middle of a short board of the house (or the time house), and the contender entering game carries out blow chock from a hand from the house, or, having estimated a position, suggests the player to make blow from a hand from the house (play further). At game in the American jumped out биток it is established closely to the middle of a back board, and in the American - fast it is established on a back mark (the third point).

2.1.14. Exhibiting of spheres

All incorrectly hammered, jumped out, and also the spheres taken about regiments for the penalty, are established on a game field of a table according to rules of each concrete game.

All exposed spheres are considered aim and are played directly after their installation on a table, and at game in the American - fast it is authorised to play and the exposed sphere (as bit) including to hammer in it into a billiard pocket, right after its installations on a game field of a table and if it is exposed more than one sphere it is authorised to play any of them.

2.1.15. Zavisshie spheres

If as a result of the made blow the sphere stops in a billiard pocket alignment in position of unstable balance (зависший over a billiard pocket a sphere), and then falls in it before end of this blow the sphere is considered played and the player makes the following blow.

If stopped in an alignment of a billiard pocket the sphere falls in it after blow end this sphere is not set off, the judge restores it on a former place, i.e. in a billiard pocket, and game proceeds in accordance with general practice. In this case, if at game in Russian pyramid and a pyramid of 8 spheres (including fast kinds of these games) in a billiard pocket falls зависший over a billiard pocket биток the penalty is not imposed, and at game in the Moscow pyramid (also) биток it is not considered its fast kinds played.

In special cases when after blow on an aim sphere биток remains on a place, and the played aim sphere quickly stops in a billiard pocket alignment, and then, keeping inertia of rotation, falls in it it is set off. The same rule extends and if last from moving spheres quickly stops in a billiard pocket alignment, and then falls in it.

If stopped in an alignment of a billiard pocket the sphere falls in it after an obvious push or billiards concussion this sphere is not set off and restored by the judge on a former place, i.e. in a billiard pocket, and game proceeds in accordance with general practice.

In case the player makes blow chock on зависшему over a billiard pocket to an aim sphere, and last before contact with chock falls in a billiard pocket the judge establishes again this sphere and blow in a billiard pocket alignment repeats, thus the penalty is not imposed.

2.1.16. A deaf position

If spheres were grouped near one of billiard pockets and thus the billiard pocket has appeared blocked, and also in other cases when after a long series отыгрышей the position of spheres on a table essentially does not change that conducts to an unjustified tightening of game the judge, after the prevention of players, should place the aim spheres which have remained on a table in the form of a pyramid (the truncated pyramid), thus the forward sphere should settle down on a back mark. The right of the subsequent blow is defined by draw, and game proceeds from a hand from the house.

2.1.17 Deliberate tightening of game

If playing, according to the judge, deliberately tightens game the judge after the prevention of the player has the right to enter 30 second temporary restriction on preparation and blow performance. The control in this case is carried out on a stop watch or a second hand of hours. 10 seconds prior to the expiration of control time to the player the corresponding prevention becomes. In case the player does not keep within these time frameworks, blow passes to the contender, thus the penalty is not imposed.

2.1.18. Intervention of the stranger

If during game spheres start moving as a result of intervention of any extraneous person (directly or by any influence on the player who is carrying out blow) the judge restores an initial position and blow repeats, thus the penalty is not imposed. As arrive and at occurrence of any force majeure: a flaw, falling of the lighting device, failure, breakage, etc.

If the stranger interferes with game deliberately game stops until he will not leave a place of carrying out of competitions.

2.1.19. Intervention of the contender

If the contender of the playing concerns, will displace or will stop any sphere it is fined, the position of spheres is restored by the judge with the maximum accuracy and game proceeds in accordance with general practice. If thus the contender detains a played sphere, moving towards a billiard pocket this sphere is considered played and playing makes the following blow.

Any actions of the contender directed on derivation of attention playing and on creation to it of hindrances at performance of blow are considered as intervention also.

If the contender interferes deliberately the judge operates according to section ' Unsportsmanlike behaviour ' (see item 1.6).

2.1.20. Obligatory preventions from outside judges

For the purpose of an exception of wrong interpretation of the game situation which have developed on a table and game rules following from it on occasion the judge should do following obligatory preventions:

биток and an aim sphere adjoin with each other (to play on резке at an angle 45 ° and more to a line of the centres);
The aim sphere adjoins to a board (if this sphere rolls down on a board and will fall in a billiard pocket it will not be included);
The aim sphere adjoining to a board, costs in a billiard pocket or behind its limits - for sphere close standing to a billiard pocket (if in a billiard pocket скатывать it is possible, and if onboard it will be included only at сыгрывании on blow);
All aim spheres are in the house (Russian pyramid, the Moscow pyramid, a pyramid of 8 spheres and fast kinds of these games, it it is necessary to play from a hand from a house opposite side - the time house),
The played aim sphere or биток costs in accuracy on the central line (it is necessary at game in fast kinds of games, and also the American, i.e. in those games where rules отыгрыша are applied).
2.1.21. A judicial error
The player has made blow at a judicial error:

The aim sphere is incorrectly exposed on a game field of a table;
In due time the aim sphere - jumped out, incorrectly hammered into a billiard pocket, a debt for the penalty when yet there were no played spheres is not exposed on a table, the sphere for the imposed penalty is not removed from a shelf;
The judge incorrectly interpreted Rules or has made a reservation that has led to an error of the player;
The judge has not warned the player that it has биток not in the house or not from that party of the house.
In this case arrive as follows:
1. If the judicial error has led to necessity to impose penalty on player - is made wrong отыгрыш, blow from a hand not from the house etc., in this case is made:

The penalty is not imposed on the player;
The spheres hammered at a judicial error are not set off;
The position of the disturbed spheres is restored with the maximum accuracy;
Blow passes to the contender, players one time recoup from a stop place битка or from a hand from the house (depending on a current situation) and game proceeds in accordance with general practice.
2. If the judicial error has led to that:
The player has played incorrectly exposed sphere;
The player could not make blow chock on an aim sphere on purpose to play it a billiard pocket - incorrectly exposed sphere has closed a shock position;
If itself биток could not be used for productive game etc., then:
The judicial error is eliminated;
The position of the disturbed spheres is restored with the maximum accuracy;
Incorrectly exposed, and then the sphere hammered into a billiard pocket is not set off;
Blow repeats the player who has executed it at a judicial error.
If the player has made productive blow at a judicial error which has not affected its performance (for example, there was a support), not to infringe upon its interests, the hammered sphere is set off, the judicial error is eliminated also the player makes the following blow.
All procedures set forth above on subitem ' 1 ' and ' 2 ' are carried out only when the judicial error has been found out right after blow of the player, and then understands and eliminated before following blow.

If game proceeded, all procedures set forth above are not carried out, except exhibiting to a table of spheres from a shelf for the penalty, a debt for the penalty when there were no played spheres, and also exhibitings of the jumped out and incorrectly hammered spheres, thus further game proceeds in accordance with general practice.

The judicial error which has been found out before blow of the player, is eliminated immediately.

2.1.22. Penalties

Penalties are imposed in following cases:

1) if биток after the made blow has not concerned any of aim spheres;
2) if as a result of blow биток has jumped out for limits of a game surface of a table (item 2.1.13 see.);
3) if the next blow before end of the previous blow (item 2.1.7 see) is made;
4) at a contact of any sphere on a game field of a table to, during time or after blow - кием, the machine, a hand, clothes, honey, etc. (except a contact битка at blow by a label кия according to item 2.1.2);
5) for performance of wrong blow on битку (item 2.1.2 see);
6) if at blow performance on битку any of feet of the playing does not concern a floor (item 2.1.2 see);
7) at wrong blow on битку adjoining to an aim sphere (item 2.1.2 see);
8) for blow performance пропихом or pressing (item 2.1.2 see);
9) at double blow when the label кия concerns битка twice (see item 2.1.2);
10) if at blow from a hand from the house биток to an exit from the house touches any aim sphere being in the house (item 2.1.5 and 2.1.6 see);
11) at blow performance not chock (Russian pyramid, the Moscow pyramid, a pyramid of 8 spheres, and also fast kinds of these games);
12) at falling битка in a billiard pocket (Russian pyramid, a pyramid of 8 spheres, and also fast kinds of these games);
13) at wrong отыгрыше (Russian pyramid - a fast, Moscow pyramid - fast and custom-made, a pyramid of 8 spheres - fast and custom-made, and also the American and the American - fast);
14) if at initial blow from a hand from the house the player takes out биток for limits of the house or, despite the prevention of the judge, makes blow not from the house (all kinds of games), or takes out the case for continuation of an outer side of a long board (Russian pyramid, the Moscow pyramid, a pyramid of 8 spheres and the American (item 2.1.5 see.);
15) at intervention in game of the contender (item 2.1.19 see). If at performance of one blow some infringements of Rules the penalty undertakes in the unary size which is defined in each concrete game are made.

The spheres hammered with infringement of Rules, are not set off and exposed according to rules of each concrete game.

2.2. RUSSIAN PYRAMID (71 POINT)

At game in Russian pyramid (71 point) it is necessary to be guided by the General rules (item 2.1 see.), and also below-mentioned rules.

2.2.1. The game purpose

The first to type 71 point (or more).

2.2.2. Used spheres

Биток and fifteen aim spheres with numbers from 1 to 15. Биток no number has and should differ from aim spheres on colour or a special marking.

2.2.3. Arrangement of spheres

Aim spheres are placed in the form of a triangular pyramid, thus the forward sphere should settle down on a back mark (the third point), and the pyramid basis to in parallel back board. Spheres are established closely to each other in a following order of their numbers: 1st number - 4; 2nd number - 5,6; 3rd number - 7,15,8; 4th number - 9,14,13,10; 5th number - 2,1,12,11,3.

2.2.4. Account conducting

For each correctly hammered sphere to the player the number of points equal to its number, and for played unit (as) - 11 points, thus, a total sum of points - 130 is set off. To last aim sphere which has remained on a table, without dependence from its number, 10 points increase, in this case the total sum of points is equal 140.

2.2.5. Initial blow (from a hand from the house)

Initial blow (from a hand from the house) is made according to item 2.1.5 requirements. The general game rules.

Carrying out this blow, it is forbidden to take out the case for continuation of an outer side of a long board. At correct blow the spheres played angular billiard pockets opposite to the house, and also other billiard pockets which have fallen as a result of this blow, without dependence from time of their falling in relation to falling of the ordered sphere are set off.

2.2.6. The order

Before performance of blow the player should declare in advance a concrete aim sphere and a billiard pocket which he intends to play it. The order is addressed to the judge and should be accurate and clear. Before blow the order can be changed and declared anew. Change of the order in the course of blow is not supposed.

At correct сыгрывании the ordered sphere all spheres which have fallen in billiard pockets owing to made blow, are set off without dependence from time of their falling in relation to falling of the ordered sphere.

2.2.7. Exhibiting of spheres

All incorrectly hammered, not ordered and jumped out aim spheres are exposed on a back mark (the third point). If aim spheres they settle down in ascending order numbers closely to each other on a longitudinal line from outside a back board are exposed some as it is possible more close, but not closely to a stirring sphere towards a back board and if this line is occupied, towards the central mark.

All aim spheres are exposed by numbers upwards.

2.2.8. Penalties

For each infringement of rules (item 2.1.22 see) from the current account of the player 5 points are written off, and to the current account of the contender 5 points increase.

2.2.9. Game at the account 70:70

If each of players types on 70 points last hammered aim sphere is exposed on a back mark. The right of the subsequent blow is defined by draw then game proceeds from a hand from the lady and conducted to the hammered sphere or the penalty.

2.3. RUSSIAN PYRAMID - FAST (71 POINT)

Game is spent with observance of the General rules (item 2.1 see), game rules to Russian pyramid (item 2.2 see) with following changes.

2.3.1. Initial blow (from a hand from the house)

This blow is authorised to be made from any position including to leave for an outer side of a long board, but without coming for continuation of a forward line (a house line). At correct blow all spheres played any billiard pocket, after an exit битка from the house, or its contact with the aim sphere which is out of door are set off.

2.3.2. The order with the falling

Before performance of initial blow it is authorised to declare the order with falling, at correct blow all aim spheres which have fallen in billiard pockets are set off.

2.3.3. Rules отыгрыша

Following rules are entered into game отыгрыша (item 2.1.11 see):

1. If one of spheres (биток or an aim sphere) crosses the central line of a game field of a table.
2. If as a result of blow битка on an aim sphere there was a contact of two boards in any way - one sphere or two different spheres (chock and an aim sphere).

2.4. THE MOSCOW PYRAMID

At game in the Moscow pyramid it is necessary to be guided by the General rules (item 2.1 see.), and also below-mentioned rules.

2.4.1. The game purpose

The first to type 8 spheres.

2.4.2. Used spheres

Биток and fifteen aim spheres. Биток should differ from aim spheres colour or a special marking.

2.4.3. Arrangement of spheres

Fifteen aim spheres are established closely to each other in the form of a triangular pyramid, thus the forward sphere should settle down on a back mark (the third point), and the pyramid basis to in parallel short board.

2.4.4. Initial blow (from a hand from the house)

Initial blow (from a hand from the house) is made according to requirements of item 2.1.5 of the General game rules. Carrying out this blow, it is forbidden to take out the case for continuation of an outer side of a long board. At correct blow all spheres played angular billiard pockets opposite to the house, and also other billiard pockets which have fallen as a result of this blow, without dependence from time of their falling in relation to the played spheres in the angular billiard pockets opposite to the house are set off.

2.4.5. Game conducting

It is possible to play chock any aim sphere or биток from aim spheres. To declare the order it is not required. At correct blow all spheres which have fallen in billiard pockets are set off. Instead of hammered битка from a table any of aim spheres in whom the contender then the playing makes blow chock from a hand from the house (see item 2.1.5) will specify acts in film.

2.4.6. Exhibiting of spheres

All incorrectly hammered, jumped out, and also the spheres taken about regiments for the penalty, are established closely to the middle of a back board. If this place is occupied, the sphere is put closely to a back board as it is possible more close to a stirring aim sphere, thus the party of installation of a sphere is defined by the judge, without infringing upon interests of the player who is carrying out the next blow.

2.4.7. Penalties

The penalty undertakes each infringement of rules (item 2.1.22 see) from the player at a rate of one sphere. If at the moment of infringement there are no hammered spheres the penalty is raised after the first sphere played by it.

2.5. THE MOSCOW PYRAMID - FAST

Game is spent with observance of the General rules (item 2.1 see.), game rules in the Moscow pyramid (item 2.4 see) with following changes.

2.5.1. Initial blow (from a hand from the house)

This blow is authorised to be made from any position including to leave for an outer side of a long board, but without coming for continuation of a forward line (a house line). At correct blow all spheres played any billiard pocket, after an exit битка from the house, or its contact with the aim sphere which is out of door are set off.

2.5.2. Rules отыгрыша

Following rules are entered into game отыгрыша (item 2.1.11 see):

1. If one of spheres (биток or an aim sphere) crosses the central line of a game field of a table.
2. If as a result of blow битка on an aim sphere there was a contact of two boards in any way - one sphere or two different spheres (chock and an aim sphere).

2.5.3. Exhibiting of spheres

All incorrectly hammered, jumped out, and also the spheres which have been removed about regiments for the penalty, are established on a back mark (the third point). If it is occupied, spheres are exposed on a longitudinal line as it is possible more close, but not closely to a stirring sphere towards a back board and if also this line is occupied, towards the central mark. It is possible to play any aim sphere or биток from aim spheres. To declare the order it is not required. At correct blow any quantity of the spheres which have fallen in billiard pockets is set off.

2.7.6. Rules отыгрыша

Отыгрыш it is considered correct in following cases:

1) if one of spheres has crossed the central line and has concerned an opposite short board, or has concerned a sphere standing closely to this board, or has finished to it any other sphere;
2) if the central line was crossed by two spheres (биток and an aim sphere);
3) if as a result of blow битка on an aim sphere one of spheres, having reflected from one board, has concerned other board or has finished to it any other sphere. At this way отыгрыша blow by a sphere on the aim sphere adjoining to a board, is not considered a contact of this board, except for cases when a sphere, having reflected from one board, concerns a sphere standing closely to other board.

Performance отыгрыша is fined by any different way.

2.7.7. Exhibiting of spheres

All incorrectly hammered, jumped out, and also the spheres taken about regiments for the penalty, are established closely to the middle of a back board. If this place is occupied, the sphere is put closely to a board as it is possible more close to a stirring aim sphere, thus the party of installation of a sphere is defined by the judge, without infringing upon interests of the player who is carrying out the next blow.

2.7.8. Penalties

The penalty undertakes each infringement of Rules (item 2.1.22 see) from the player at a rate of one sphere. If at the moment of infringement the player does not have hammered spheres the penalty is raised after the first sphere played by it.
