International снукер

International (or English) снукер represents the most widespread version in the world снукера. In it play usually English tables in the size 6×12 foots with narrower boards in comparison with American пуловскими tables and with the rounded off sponges of billiard pockets. In снукер it is possible to play and tables in the size 5×10 foots and even less. The game surface of English tables concluded between elastic boards, has the sizes 3500×1750 mm. The maximum deviation makes no more than 3 mm. The height of a table from a floor to the top party of a board (hand-rail) should be in limits 850 - 875 mm.

1. Number of players. Two.

2. Used spheres. A set снукерных spheres fifteen red, six colour and биток (a white sphere). Cost of aim spheres: red - a point, yellow - 2, green - 3, brown - 4, dark blue - 5, pink - 6, black - 7. Diameter of spheres - 52,5 mm.

4. A line of a beam and a beam. The straight line parallel to a forward board and отстоящая from it on 700 mm, is called as a beam line, and space between it and a forward board - a beam.

5. Sector. The sector represents a semicircle described towards a beam, with the centre in the middle of a line of a beam and radius 292 mm. 7. Account conducting. Points are typed in two ways: to the player penal points of the contender (see ' Penalties for infringements ') are awarded, and also at correct сыгрывании red or colour. Each red correctly played a billiard pocket brings one point, and colour - the number of points equal to its cost (see ' Used spheres '). The party comes to an end according to GAME RULES after all spheres are played, however if on a table there was only one black (7) the party is played before the first productive blow or infringement. After draw one of players makes blow on black from a hand from sector, and the party proceeds before the first productive blow or infringement.

8. Initial blow. As a result of a lot or draw players receive the option of sequence of blows in the first party. In the subsequent parties of a match the sequence varies. Initial blow is made from a hand from sector.

Spheres are not obligatory for leading up to a board or to hammer into billiard pockets, however биток should concern in the beginning the red. Otherwise the penalty (see ' Penalties for infringements ') is imposed. Penal points are awarded to the contender entering game who acquires the right or (1) to accept the developed position and to make blow, or (2) to suggest the infringer to make initial blow anew.
9. Game rules:
Correctly hammered sphere grants the right playing to continue the series at a table to a miss or infringement.
Any blow should satisfy items 5 and 6 Game rules, thus it is not obligatory to lead up spheres to boards or to hammer into billiard pockets, however биток should concern in the beginning the next (legal) sphere. Otherwise the penalty is imposed.
While on a table there are red spheres, they are next at performance of the first blow of each new series.
If биток has concerned in the beginning the next red sphere any red fallen after that in a billiard pocket is set off, thus it is not required to specify in any concrete red sphere, a billiard pocket or other details.
When the next (legal) sphere is red биток should concern in the beginning a red sphere.
Otherwise the penalty (see ' Penalties for infringements ') is imposed.
If the red is played, the next sphere becomes colour and while on a table there are red spheres, a series proceeds by serial сыгрывания red and colour (thus from red and colour it is possible to choose any). While on a table there is at least one red and next is colour, the player should declare colour of a concrete sphere which he has chosen as next before blow, and at blow биток should concern in the beginning this sphere. Otherwise - the penalty (see ' Penalties for infringements ').
If next is red, and it is hammered colour the penalty is imposed.
If the concrete colour sphere is next, and any other aim sphere the penalty is imposed is hammered.
In international снукере перескоки are not supposed. If the player purposely strikes blow on битку so that it has jumped through stirring aim sphere the penalty is imposed.
While on a table there are the red spheres, everyone hammered colour is exposed before drawing of following blow according to section ' Exhibiting of spheres '. If blow is made at incorrectly exposed colour and the contender or the judge have noticed it before drawing of following blow the penalty is imposed. If incorrectly exposed sphere is noticed after is made two blows the penalty is not imposed and playing continues the series at a table. The player is obliged to watch that before blow all spheres have been correctly exposed. If the colour is not exposed absolutely not at presence on a table of red spheres a series interrupts also the penalty imposed right after error detection, irrespective of number of the blows made by the player. Thus all points typed before detection of an error, are set off.
After all red spheres are played, next there are colour in ascending order their costs which after сыгрывания are not exposed any more (except for the eight in case of neutral result; the section ' account Conducting ') see.
10. Incorrectly hammered spheres. Incorrectly hammered red are not exposed. Incorrectly hammered colour are exposed according to section ' Exhibiting of spheres '.
11. The jumped out aim spheres. The jumped out red spheres are not exposed, and colour are exposed, the penalty according to section ' Penalties for infringements ' is thus imposed.

12. Exhibiting of spheres. Red spheres are never exposed. Colour are exposed on corresponding marks according to initial arrangement of spheres. If the corresponding mark is occupied (that is a sphere it is impossible to establish without a contact of other spheres) the colour expose on the free mark corresponding to a sphere of the greatest cost. If all marks are occupied, the colour expose as it is possible more close to an initial mark from outside a back board.

13. Jumped out биток. At выскакивании битка the contender entering game plays from a hand from sector. Thus it can hammer in any of the next spheres, irrespective of its position on a game surface of a table.

14. A sphere contact. If the player has concerned any aim sphere or битка the penalty is imposed. (The contact битка by a label кия Is supposed only at performance of correct blow.)

15. Снукер (mask). Биток is in position снукера it (is disguised), if not the next sphere or spheres do not allow to make a direct stroke chock on one of the next aim spheres. If the direct stroke is possible at least on one of the next spheres снукера is not present. At game from a hand from sector биток is in position снукера if the direct stroke from any position in a semicircle is impossible. If биток it is disguised by several spheres the nearest to битку is called as an effective masking sphere.

16. Statement for a lip. Биток it is considered put for a billiard pocket lip if the edge rounded off at a billiard pocket boards (lip) does not allow to make a direct stroke chock on one of the next spheres. If the direct stroke at least on one of the next spheres statements for a lip are not present is possible. If биток it is put for a lip after there was an infringement the judge ascertains statement for a lip and the contender entering game has the right or (1) to accept a position битка and to make blow, or (2) to make blow from a hand from sector.

17. The occupied mark. The mark is considered occupied if a sphere it is impossible to arrange on it without a contact of other spheres.

18. Adjoining spheres. If биток concerns other sphere which is or can be next the judge ascertains contact of spheres. In this case the playing should strike blow aside from a sphere, differently will occur пропих (see more low). 3а blow aside from a sphere the penalty is not imposed, if

(1) sphere not next,
(2) sphere next and playing declares it or
(3) sphere next, and playing declares other next sphere and strikes blow to it. (If, according to the judge, the adjoining sphere has moved a little on not dependent from playing to the reasons the penalty is not imposed.)
19. Пропих (in снукере). At game in снукер пропих it is considered as wrong blow at which the label кия continues to be in contact with chock:

(1) after биток has concerned an aim sphere, or
(2) after биток has already begun independent advance.
In a case if биток and an aim sphere almost concern each other correct it is considered the blow made on limiting резке.
20. A miss on a sphere. Playing should in process of forces and abilities to try to get on the next sphere. Otherwise the judge fixes a miss and declares the penalty. The contender entering game can or (1) to accept developed position, or (2) to return биток on an initial position and to suggest the infringer to repeat blow anew.

The NOTE. If on the next sphere it is impossible to get, it is considered to be that playing does attempt to get on it.
21. A free sphere. If биток it has appeared in position снукера after infringement the judge declares ' a free sphere '. If the contender entering game accepts developed position and makes the following blow he can declare next any aim sphere.
Cost of the declared sphere thus is equated to cost of the next. The penalty is imposed in case
(1) биток has not concerned in the beginning a free sphere or if
(2) биток after blow it has appeared it is disguised by a free sphere (except for a case when on a table remained only pink and black).
If the free sphere is played a billiard pocket it is exposed, and to the player cost of the next sphere is set off. If the next sphere to the player its cost is set off is played. If it is played both free and next cost only next sphere is set off.
22. Infringements. If infringement is made:
The penalty established by rules, thus penal points is imposed on the player increase to the current account of the contender. Besides, on request of the contender the infringer is obliged to make the following blow.
If at performance of one blow some infringements one is imposed only, but the maximum penalty are made.
All incorrectly exposed spheres remain on the places, instead of exposed are exposed.
Penalties for infringements. 3а below-mentioned infringements the penalty in the established size, but not less than four points is imposed.
At a rate of cost of the next sphere: for blow drawing
To a full stop of spheres,

With a separation of both feet from a floor,
Out of turn,

Uses in those or other purposes of the spheres which have bowled off,
Games on red, when on turn colour,
Uses in quality битка not a white sphere.
