Below-mentioned Rules concern games, conducting the account, execution of official duties and responsibility distribution with reference to competitions on лузному to the billiards, spent under the aegis of ВАП. However instructions and main principles of these rules should be considered as a part ' the General rules лузных billiard games ', and they should be applied irrespective of, are spent or not official competitions.

1.1. Responsibility of the participant

Each participant should know all Rules, the regulations and the schedule of carrying out of concrete competitions. Though officials also should undertake all necessary measures that the corresponding information was easily accessible to all players, responsibility, finally, lies on the participant. (Exceptions of this rule are stipulated in item 2.16.) Ignorance of the game situation and (or) Rules does not grant to the player of the right to initial position restoration, blow repetition, переигровку, etc.

1.2. Equipment approbation

Participants of competitions prior to the beginning of game should be convinced that spheres and other equipment are standard and meet corresponding requirements. As soon as game has begun, they should not come back more to this question. (Except for cases when both the contender, and officials agree both with the shown claim, and with an exit offered by organizers from the created position.)

1.3. Equipment use

Participants of game should not use the equipment and accessories not on their direct appointment. For example, boxes with powder, cubes swept etc. Should not be used for machine support (or a manual emphasis); simultaneously it is impossible to use more than two machines; except that, they cannot be used for support something except кия. The additional or bowled off spheres cannot be used for finding-out of a question on, whether passes a sphere through some interval, and also in other purposes (except draw of initial blow). The triangle can be used for the decision of a question on, whether stirs a sphere to installation of a new pyramid (for example, at game in ' 14-1 ') only in the event that a meeting informal and the pyramid installation site is not led round by a pencil.

1.4. Restrictions on use of billiard accessories

Players can use any chalk, the machine and кий at the choice. However officials can enter restrictions on their use if actions of the player cause a damage to the equipment or violate normal conditions of carrying out of competitions. For example, to the player can not allow to use a red chalk on green cloth, it is not recommended to rub also too a chalk considerable quantity as it has adverse influence on spheres and cloth; it is forbidden to use also киями, making excessive noise. (Item 2.15 see also.)

1.5. A marking of tables

At arrangement of spheres the triangle should be used. Prior to the beginning of competitions each table and a corresponding triangle should be marked, that during competitions on the same table the same triangle was always used.

On cloth accurate and well visible pencil line should be put: 1) on a triangle outer side to provide exact and uniform arrangement of spheres and also to have possibility precisely to define sphere position (for example, at game in ' 14-1 '); 2) along a longitudinal line to provide correct exhibiting of spheres; 3) along a forward line that it was possible to define easily, whether there is a sphere in the house.

Forward, central and back marks also should be marked or an accurate pencil dagger, or by means of a standard label. If in any concrete game forward and central marks are not used to mark them it is not required.

1.6. A freedom of action of organizers

Organizers reserve the right to itself to establish certain Rules and the procedures most suitable with reference to concrete competitions, forms of participants concerning, for example, an order of collection of entrance fees, their redistribution, working out of flexible hours, a toss-up, etc.

However the competitions spent from sanction ВАП, should meet certain requirements which concern, first of all, appropriate distribution of a prize fund.

1.7. Delay

The participant should be ready to begin a meeting within fifteen minutes after its beginning, otherwise to it defeat is set off. To the meeting beginning is accepted or time under the schedule, or time of the announcement of the meeting beginning, depending on what later.

1.8. An interdiction of training after the meeting beginning

After the meeting has begun, training is forbidden. Performance of any extraneous blows is considered as infringement.

1.9. An assistance interdiction

After the meeting has begun, participants should not use the help of spectators at planning or performance of blows. If the player requests and receives the such help to it defeat in party is set off. Any spectator who voluntary offers any essential help to the player, should leave from a place of carrying out of competitions.

1.10. Illegal continuation of game

After the player has finished the series, it should stop drawing of blows. Otherwise to it defeat in party is set off. (An exception: at game in ' 14-1 ' such infringement is considered as deliberate).

1.11. The slowed down game

If, according to the judge, someone from participants the slowed down game regularly tightens a course of competitions or party the judge after the prevention can enter сорокапятисекундное a temporary restriction on performance of blows by both participants (i.e. game of both participants is supervised by means of a stop watch). If after that one of players does not keep within the established time frameworks appears фол and the contender entering game operates according to rules of concrete game.
In the course of series performance by one of participants the control stop watch joins after end of the previous blow and is switched off at the moment of the following beginning, i.e. at the moment of label contact кия with chock. Time раскатки spheres in the course of blow is not considered. At performance of blow from a hand the control stop watch joins after the player has received биток, and also all procedures of exhibiting or arrangement of spheres are finished. Ten seconds prior to the expiration of control time the player should make the corresponding prevention. If the player does not keep within the established time frameworks appears фол and the contender entering game operates according to rules of concrete game. If through an oversight of the corresponding official the control stop watch joins with a delay also the reference mark сорокапятисекундного a temporary restriction accordingly is late.

1.12. The suspended game

If the player strikes blow after the judge has suspended game to it defeat in party is set off. The announcement of a game suspension is considered as the sufficient prevention. (Item 2.27 see also.)

1.13. The Time-out

The player has the right to take a time-out only on the blow or between sets (if the system with sets is used). During a time-out the corresponding table should be marked by the judge, and no trainings on it are supposed. As a rule, the player has the right to one time-out in a meeting and lasting not more than 5 minutes. If the system with sets each player acquires the right to one time-out in a final set (in the third set at game to three sets and in the fifth set at game to five sets) is used. The Time-out in a final set is given irrespective of, whether took the player time-outs in the previous sets.

1.14. A recognition defeats (delivery)

If the player surrenders, to it defeat in party is set off. Attempt to unscrew modular кий while the contender is at a table, is considered as a recognition of defeat in party. In case of a recognition of defeat of any prevention from outside judges it is not required.

1.15. Зачтение defeats

If for any reasons stipulated by the present Rules, the player defeat in a meeting its result should not be expressed by any account is set off and join in competition statistics irrespective of, at what current account has been declared about зачтении defeats. In official reports instead of the account it is necessary to use corresponding letter designations. (Defeats are set off as well in case of disqualification.)
However if the player has executed the most productive series it has the right to reception of a corresponding prize (or other similar prize) even in the event that after that to its contender зачтено defeat.

1.16. Game without the judge

For lack of the judge of its duty the player, free from blow performance incurs.

1.16.1. A contact of spheres

If the meeting is spent under supervision of the judge the contact of any sphere (битка or an aim sphere) кием, clothes, a body part, the machine or a chalk to, during time or after blow is considered as infringement. However for lack of the judge the casual contact of the motionless spheres located between chock and playing, at performance of blow is supposed. If thus the player has not had time to make yet blow he should invite the main judge of competitions and to give the chance to it to restore an initial position. If blow is already made and as a result any of spheres has concerned the disturbed (not restored) sphere or at least has partially passed through the area (sphere) earlier occupied with this sphere appears фол. In other words, фол appears in the event that such incident has made any impact on a blow end result. In any case the main judge should be invited as soon as possible, but not during blow. It is forbidden to strike the following blow before the main judge will restore all casually shifted spheres, otherwise appears фол.
At the discretion of the contender entering game the disturbed spheres can be left on new positions. In this case positions of spheres are considered restored and the subsequent impacts with them are not considered as infringement.

However to concern битка it is possible only a label кия at performance of correct blow, otherwise appears фол.

1.16.2. Wrong перескок and weight

If the meeting is spent without the judge an infringement sign at performance перескока or weight (rounding) is displacement of a stirring (illegal) aim sphere independently because, whether it is displaced under the influence of a hand, кия or machines.

1.16.3. Opinion of the third party

In disputable situations the contender of the playing can give present official or to the third party the right to make the decision on correctness of performance of blow.

1.16.4. The resolution of disputes

All disputes between players are resolved by the main judge of competitions or its official assistant.

1.16.5. Blows counter

If at blow биток concerns a legal and illegal aim sphere approximately simultaneously and thus it is impossible to define, what contact was the first the decision is accepted in favour of the playing.

1.16.6. Arrangement of spheres

To establish spheres it is necessary as it is possible more densely, i.e. each sphere should concern the next. Is thus absolutely inadmissible to tap on aim spheres. It is recommended to level a brush cloth in an installation site of spheres.
