Consider that usual users cannot remove the message if already someone has answered it.

To attach the signature, you should create at first it in the profile. After creation you should note a tick point to Attach the signature in the form of message sending that the signature was added. How to create interrogation?
To create interrogation easily: when you create a theme (or edit the first message in a theme if you have on that rights) hardly below the basic form for creation of messages, you will see the form to Create interrogation.
